Welcome to Miles Above Marketing, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Payments: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before engraving or shipping begins. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

2. Customization & Proofs Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before engraving. We are not liable for errors in customer-provided text, images, or designs once approved. Engraving is permanent and cannot be altered after production.

3. Shipping & Delivery: We strive to meet estimated delivery dates, but shipping times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is delivered to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds: Because items are custom engraved, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property: All website content (logos, designs, text, images) belongs to Miles Above Marketing, LLC unless otherwise stated. Customers warrant that they own the rights to any artwork, logos, or text submitted for engraving and agree to indemnify Miles Above Marketing, LLC against claims of copyright or trademark infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use.

7. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or purchase of products indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
