All products created and sold by Miles Above Marketing, LLC are custom laser-engraved items. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Customization & Accuracy
   Engraving is permanent. Miles Above Marketing is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork, spelling, logos, or other submitted designs. Please review all proofs carefully before approval.

2. Intellectual Property
   Customers warrant that they own or have legal rights to use any images, logos, trademarks, or text submitted for engraving. Miles Above Marketing assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from customer-submitted content.

3. Product Variation
   Due to the natural variations in materials (e.g., wood, leather, metal, bamboo, cork), engraving results may vary slightly in color, depth, and finish. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

4. Use & Liability
   Engraved products are intended for personal or promotional use only. Miles Above Marketing shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

5. No Warranties
   Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
